Privacy notice

Last updated October 21, 2026

This notice explains what information Keystone Solutions collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the request form on it.

What we collect

  • What you type into the request form: your name, business name, email, phone number if you give it, the type of business, the package you’re considering and your message.
  • Your consent: that you agreed to be contacted about your request, the wording you agreed to and when.
  • Basic technical details: the page you came from, campaign tags in the link you followed, your browser type, and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address that we use only to block spam.

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. If you sign in to our client panel, a single essential cookie keeps you signed in.

How we use it

  • To reply to your request and arrange a call.
  • To prepare your free audit and any quote you ask for.
  • To keep a record of what you agreed to and when.
  • To protect the form from spam and abuse.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our business systems, such as cloud hosting, database storage and email delivery. They process information only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep request details for as long as we’re discussing or providing services to you, and for up to two years afterwards so we have a record of our conversations. Records we must keep for legal or tax reasons are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your choices

  • You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Reply “stop” to any message or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by replying to any email from us or by sending a request through the form on our home page.

Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Only people who need it to respond to you can see it.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
