What does Keystone actually do?

Who is it for?
Local service businesses that win work by phone, text or web form, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, cleaning, dental offices and med spas. See industries.
How much does it cost?
Packages start at $249 a month plus a one-time setup fee. Every price is on the pricing page, and you get a fixed quote after your free audit.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. After setup, every package is month to month. Cancel with 30 days’ notice and take your data with you.
Do I need a new phone number?
Usually not. We connect to the business number your customers already call.
Will customers know they’re talking to AI?
Yes. The AI phone assistant introduces itself as your business’s automated assistant, and automated messages never pretend to be a person.
Will the AI make things up?
It answers only from the information you’ve approved. If a question falls outside it, it takes a message for your team instead.
Do you send cold text messages?
Never. Automated texts go only to people who contacted you or agreed to hear from you, and every text honors STOP.
Who writes the messages?
We draft them with you in your voice, and nothing goes live until you approve it. You can change or pause any message at any time.
Can you guarantee more customers or better rankings?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We build systems that answer every lead and pages that search engines can read, and we report real numbers from your own records.
Who owns my data?
You do. You can export it whenever you like, and we never sell it. See security and data.
Can I create an account myself?
